「I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.」

「Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10」

「The advertised breakfast was self-serve Circle K quality; window shades did not function properly; no tissue in the room; only one coffee cup for a two-person room and nobody available to provide a second cup; though dinner was tasty, some part of it was likely spoiled since both wife and I later had bowel issues.」

「Checked out a few rooms and every room was very dirty and crawling with bugs, bugs under the blankets and pillows, bugs on the floor. Dirty floors and dirty washrooms, locks on the doors were broken off. Only half the lights worked in the rooms. 」

「Everything was amazing. All the people were very friendly and the accommodations were excellent.」

「We didn't care for how open and steep the steps were for our 2nd floor room. When we got to our room the door lock was broken. We reported it and it was repaired immediately, for which we were grateful. It had not been reported to the office before by anyone. We asked for a different room, but they were full. We felt much more secure and able to leave our valuables once it was repaired. The staff was friendly and obliging.」
