"The hotel is in a good location, near several restaurants, and it was easy to find. Most of the staff don't speak English (although the night clerk when I checked in did) but they are quick to use Google translate to give you the best service possible. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable."

"O hotel precisa de uma boa administração. No check-in me colocaram em um quarto no primeiro andar que, na primeira descarga no vaso sanitário, deu problema. Me trocaram para quarto no segundo andar. No segundo dia da estada, o vaso sanitário entupiu. Consertaram. No terceiro dia, de novo, reclamei e disse pra deixarem assim pois já estava saindo. A desculpa são que os franceses hospedados jogam papel higiênico no vaso sanitário. Fora isso, tudo correu bem e recomendo o hotel."

"Very friendly and easy check-in with Pamela at reception. Great location just a few blocks from the Fort and Amazon River. Lots of great restaurants and bars along the riverside - my favorite was "Brisa Boa". The hotel breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked well and mini fridge and AC in rooms. Credit cards accepted.
