Um belo banho gelado

Eu resolvi pegar um hotel com valor acima da média da cidade para ter uma hospedagem confortável mas tive uma experiência péssima. O recepcionista da madrugada me recebeu super mal sempre com um deboche na fala. O quarto que eu fiquei o chuveiro não funcionava e tive que tomar banho gelado e apesar de ser confirmada a troca do quarto, quando tive todo o trabalho de me arrumar, disseram que não tinha quarto disponível. Controle da tv não funcionava e o mesmo estando por 4 noites, não foi efetuada a troca da única toalha disponível. Enfim, péssimo em tudo. Irei à Macapá mais vezes esse ano e não voltarei nesse muquifo, irei no hotel ao lado.

Muito bom!

Gostei muito! Pessoal da recepção muito gentil e receptivo. Café da manha muito gosto e com muitas opções. Só o chuveiro que esquentava pouco e não pude parcelar o pagamento no cartão (paguei no check-in).

Não me hospedaria novamente. Atendimento muito bom. Porém Chuveiro não esquentava. Roupa de Cama muito Velha. Quarto sem ventilação. Tem uma coisa boa: o jantar do hotel é excelente.

O hotel está muito bem localizado e tem uma vista linda do Rio Amazonas (quartos de frente). O café da manhã é delicioso e muito variado, com muitas opções. O custo benefício da hospedagem é sensacional.

Michele, a concierge, foi supergentil durante toda a nossa estada. O Pirarucu no Tucupi Recheado de camarão e Jambo, uma iguaria divina! Um café delicioso me foi servido pontualmente às 4h15, de acordo com a minha solicitação. Não há hotel melhor na cidade!
