「The hotel itself is functional but seriously needs upgrading for its rooms. I'm not sure what's up with the outdoor flood light as well by the hot tub. Why does it only come on at 9:15 approximately?? It was such a nice atmosphere with the one outdoor light until the flood light came on. As well, the outside hot tub should not be open at 7:00 AM. Sorry, but I don't appreciate getting woken up shortly after 7 by a small group of loud mouths in the hot tub early in the morning!」

「Disappointing; Shabby with stains in carpet. A shower mech that I didn't recognize and struggled with, and a sticky old faucet that was either Off or Torrent.. My partner found the pillows lumpy and uncomfortable. I went down to the Restaurant for a glass of wine, and the Disco Warehouse atmosphere with blaring rock music made me feel sorry for the one couple that was there eating. Breakfast was good.」

「On checking in the clerk was able to provide us a main floor room as there is no elevator to second floor and neither my husband nor I would be able to lift our suitcase upstairs. It was appreciated. The property had charge stations. We were able to use the station first night but second night the equipment was not working. That was very disappointing.」

「L’eau a été coupée pendant 1.5 jours de mon séjour de 3 jours!! Des milliers d’insectes sont apparues dans le bain alors que je m’apparaît à prendre une douche quand le système d’eau est revenu à la fin de mon séjour. Le dg semblait vouloir nier tout ou minimiser ce grave problème même après lui avoir montré une vidéo!!! Je lui ai demandé un montant de remboursement et il m’a simplement offert quelques dollars, une gifle considérant la gravité de cet événement!! J’ai essayé d’inclure une vidéo...

「We arrived at 430 to check in,room wasnt ready,515 got room,carpet was wet and smelled bad,decided to have shower,it was a wheelchair shower,drain backed up putting water on main floor making it extremely difficult to walk without falling,bed was hard and lumpy.Did not enjoy stay.」
