「Very clean and comfortable 」

「No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.」

「The property was great for traveling with pets, and it even offered pet blankets. Rooms were nicely renovated, very clean, and had comfortable beds—perfect motel for quick stays during roadtrips, and reasonably priced.」

「The guest computer was unusable because no staff knew the password, so the Front Desk had to help me print something while already busy with guests. A five-minute task took nearly thirty minutes. The next morning there was no hot water and the body wash dispenser was empty. As a Bonvoy member, it was also disappointing not to earn points on a rate that was $30 higher than the walk-in price.
