「Friendly, helpful staff made our visit enjoyable. We booked a king 1-bedroom suite and the layout was perfect for our 5-night stay. Hot tub was perfect. This hotel is the third one in the ski bus stop, so we never ran into a problem making it in the bus and didn’t have a long wait for other stops on the return. Hotel is a bit dated, but it was very clean and beds were comfy. 」

「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」
