「My seond stay in this hotel. I booked this hotel because I want to have some swimming time and good sleeping time within long transit. However, the pool is out of service during my stay and when I booked the hotel (just 12 hours before check in) I have not got any notice on this. What a disappointment.」

「Love how close the hotel was from all main attractions ( Souq Waqif , Doha Corniche , Villaggio mall….) 」

「Location of the hotel is great, which is near by the conventional market and Islamic museum of art!」

「We stayed at Rixos for a week (May to June 2025) and it was great, the rooms were clean and the service was fantastic, especially from Manoj, Qaisar and Oye. I would highly recommend it for families and i would stay here again.」

「Check in is not until 3pm and the property could not allow us to check in earlier. We had arrived on the early morning flight so got to the island for 9.30am. After a long flight we were tired and could not shower etc so spent the majority of the day on the beach which was not ideal with a child. I would offer feedback to the island in terms of moving their check in time to earlier and having some flexibility. 」
