My stay at this property was overall enjoyable, reflecting the elegance and high standards expected of a five-star establishment. The staff were attentive and courteous, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although it took the duration of my stay to resolve an issue I encountered, the team remained eager to assist throughout which I appreciate. The room was tastefully designed, impeccably clean, and struck an excellent balance between comfort and luxury.
