The staff was nice it was very clean. Just confused as to why during our stay the staff went into our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on it and took the sign.

This hotel is ok. It’s aging and needs updating. Had peeling wallpaper in bath. Some had been stapled back, others glued with dark glue. Towel bars were missing but holes in wallpaper caulked shut. The beach art on the wall was molding in back of the glass. The bed was comfortable so I got a good rest but was generally unimpressed otherwise.

The property is located in an area that is very convenient for shopping, dining, beaches and entertainment. However, i was disappointed in the cleanliness of the pools. Both pools were dirty and the outdoor pool was full of bugs. I have stayed there before and it was much cleaner. Staff was nice, but I know they can do better with cleanliness.

Housekeeping did not come to the room/refresh our towel supply twice in our 4 night stay. Front desk was very nice and welcoming. Hot tub had a film on the water and jets were squeaking. It also had a fould odor. The pool was clean and breakfast was good. When housekeeping did come they did not change sheets or vaccume floor.

The building itself looked very nice,but upon entering our room,it was easy to spot that the carpet needed shampooing, rust around the bathroom door ,etc. the air conditioning unitwas quite noisy ...on and off throughout the night. One of the beds pillows had long human hair left on them,I wonder if the linen was really changed out???Front dest was informed...did NOT offer another room or compensation. We were to tired too argue after a long travel by vehicle!

The staff was really nice. Unfortunately, the only outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to get ready in the living room, and the outlet there was loose and nothing would stay in the outlet. We did report it but it was not fixed during our stay, which was disappointing.

Elevator barely worked and was slow. Let cleaning staff in the room to clean, but they didn’t make the bed or clean the bathroom. Blankets on bed were so very thin. AC was loud

Would definitely give it a zero if possible. From the moment i opened the door and the mold/mildew smell hit my face i knew this was going to be interesting. I stayed in room 121 and was not able to sleep an hour during the night because of the outside door slamming, the room next door rooms dog barking and the lack of comfort from the flat pillows. I requested a blanket for my son to sleep on the fold out sofa and i was like pulling teeth only to be given a sheet for him to cover up with. After speaking with the desk clerk Friday morning about the previous night’s issues i was lied to about the dog being checked out Friday morning and that issue carried over. I then asked to upgrade or move rooms and was denied because they were “all sold out” as i was told but Abu told me there was some available. Friday night i asked for atleast another pillow to lay my head on and was informed they had given those all out as well. Fortunately walmart was about five minutes down the road and i had to go purchase my own knowing that i could not take them back on the plane with me. Which leads me to my final day/night on Saturday. I was guaranteed an upgraded room but was told to have my things packed up by 11am, as i was packed up and ready to go by 8am. Only to be told that they would check me out and had no clue when i could check back in! Who does this?? Lets not forget , the toilet didnt flush but every so often and the remotes to the tv did not work!! Absolutely could not wait to leave
