"My "deluxe" room had a few electrical issues. Also, the tv did not work. It was not clear as to whether the alternating days of maid service was automatic or had to be specifially requested. The room was run down. The streets surrounding NOPSI were run down or had sharp inclines, which made it difficult to walk, particularly for the elderly or infirm. "

"The layout was nice but I usually don’t prefer an outside entry to any hotel room, it didn’t look to be an outside entry online. Check in was for 3pm my room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30pm. "

"Clean room with nice common area and outdoor pool. It’s well lit and joined with the hospital which initially was strange and we got lost couple times finding the building with hotel room and coming from parking garage but otherwise everything was good. About 15 minutes from most of attractions in New Orleans downtown and free car parking made it worth it since we had driven with our car. "

"The hotel is outdated. The hallway smelled musty. The carpet was dirty. The beds are hard and extremely uncomfortable. The toilet ran my entire stay and kept me awake most nights. The curtains don't close so the room flooded with daylight and woke me each day earlier than necessary. The comforter was clearly worn and frayed. The walls were scuffed and/or stained in multiple places. The staff was nice, but this hotel needs a serious makeover and I wouldn't recommend it. "
