「A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it...

「The hotel's location was beautiful due to the backdrop of the trees and hills and on the river Severn. Internally the hotel is very traditional with old features, fixtures and fittings. Single glazed windows led to it being cold in some areas, especially our room and creaking floors. Meals and beers were good and staff very helpful and polite. We wouldn't stay again but that's not a reflection on the hotel, it is just us wanting to stay in other hotels in different locations. Fully recommend...

「This is a lovely, authentic and peaceful hotel set in rural countryside. It has a beautifully decorated lounge with lots of wood panelling and leather sofas. The staff are friendly and the restaurant good.」
