The manager was a real headache to work with. I had friends who had stayed there earlier in the week who I had helped to pack up her stuff because she travels with a lot… I had nothing to do with their reservation whatsoever but when I booked my room for check in the same day that my friend checked out, the manager insisted I pay their late check out fee on top of an early check in fee (total $55 extra) for a 3:30 pm check in. When I had called from their room and inquired about a two bed room for myself and my fiance, and had offered my friend the second bed in our new room, the manager literally begged me not to book the two bed room because she wanted me to stay in my friend’s dirty one bed room. She would not accept that I was not affiliated with their reservation at all, but that I was simply there to help them actually to expedite my friend’s check out by helping her pack up to leave on time. I paid for my room plus their fees just to make the back and forth complaining stop. The next day I inquired about a one hour extension for check out at 12 instead of 11, and she declined it because my friend had checked out late with a late check out (that she made me pay) but it wasn’t my stay! Not to mention, she was banging on our door at 10:50 rushing us to check out when we had no issues at all during my stay. It was a quiet night (although the hotel is loud). Bad customer service. I bet she will read this review and will try to charge my card for some made up incidental fee.
