Ville 7877 was excellent value for the price. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well equipped for an extended stay. The owner is amazingly personable and gracious. We have stayed at many places in Denver and will stay there when we need to be back in the area.

Full kitchen in the room was perfect. Can't beat the size and comfort of these rooms! We were blown away by the great value. Easy access to a ton of restaurants and a quick hop on i-25 or 470 made getting anywhere in the city a breeze. Absolutely will stay here again!

The most impressive part of my visit was the property manager. She made sure I felt welcomed and she gave me very valuable advice on what parks to visit. I had an issue in getting into my room. I reached out to her and she came right away to change the batteries on the lock. It’s a clean property with great customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was decently taken care of. You could tell that they were doing a lot of work to the property to restore it to tiptop shape. Our room was perfect for 2 adults. The pillows weren’t very comfortable but it wasn’t the end of the world. We just grabbed some pillows while out and about. The manager was super easy to work with and answered all the questions we had about our stay.

Loved this property. The host is amazing. Our flight got delayed and she allowed us to keep the room for a couple hours longer at no cost. The property was cleaned really well. The area was nice and quiet. It is by the highway so sometimes you would hear the loud cars racing outside. No biggie. Our stay was really comfortable here. Definitely a spot to come back. We had a small studio with a kitchen included which was the best. Definitely recommend it here.

Super-comfortable bed and pillows; a decent desk; a kitchenette; close parking; clean; a good set-up in the studio apt—the basics were all great, and worked well for my longer stay. Housekeeping only occurs once a week and there is nothing complementary such as breakfast or even coffee. There were a few things that would have been nice to have, such as a pot or skillet to use on the stove and some dish soap and coffee filters. The desk was nice but the chair was very worn. But all in all, for a lower-priced stay, things were adequate and comfortable and I slept well! I would stay again.

There was a dirty plastic spoon left on table from previous stay. Carpet not vacuumed well. Dirt in corners in bathroom. Manager was very nice and friendly. Other staff we encountered were friendly. Exterior of building was clean and well maintained.
