This property is new and very close to the Denver airport. Loved the in-room kitchen and separate bedroom. Staff was friendly and offered great suggestions for dinner. Would definitely stay here again!

I was a little annoyed at the fact the hot tub was broken my whole stay and the “heated” pool was lukewarm at best. Disappointing part was that I didn’t find out til I had got my hopes up and my bathing suit on and got down there. I should have been told something about it at check in as well as be greeted with bottle of water as I saw another man get greeted. Not an entitlement thing just want to feel equally as valued as a guest. Other than that everything went pretty smoothly. Nice little stay.

I flew in late and the Desk Agent was very kind and helpful. The next morning I needed Advil due to elevation illness and dehydration from the flt the day prior-the morning Desk Agent was very kind and helpful to accommodate my need right away. The hotel breakfast is the best I have seen, and due to the rest of my party getting in later as their flight was cancelled--I was allowed a 12:00 noon check-out.

I had one issue with the property. The hotel advertises a shuttle service to hotel. But this service is on first come first served basis with limited seating. The only reason to stay in the hotel is its convenience to the airport and the shuttle service. But I did not get it. The help desk person told me that they cannot provide shuttle service to all XYZ number of residents. They sure charge that XYZ number of residents for the convenience. I found it a bit rude.

Nice suite, staff were "meh", no airport shuttle
So I had to make a last-minute transportation change and this meant I needed to stay overnight at a hotel close to the airport. Not wanting to spend $500 for the one right next door, this hotel was a 10 min Uber away. When I arrived the person at the front desk was okay but made little eye contact and didn't endeavour to tell me anything about the hotel or amenities (e.g., breakfast starts at ___, your room is on the second floor to the left, if you want to use the elevator you will need to scan your hotel key or it won't work, etc) and when I asked to book a shuttle she told me they were all booked. As the airport shuttle was the main reason I chose this hotel I wasn't impressed and asked what they do when there is more need for airport shuttles, considering it is supposed to be something the hotel offers with the room. The woman just shrugged and stated I could get one at 4:00 am but that was all. Considering this is an airport hotel, guests need to know that there may not actually be airport services despite them being advertised. An Uber at the time I needed to make my flight? $60. OUCH.
