Despite its worn exterior, the room offered solid amenities including a spacious, well-functioning refrigerator, a convenient kitchenette, and attentive customer service. However, the walkways and stairwells would benefit from thorough cleaning and repairs to create a more welcoming (less sketchy) atmosphere.

Cherry Creek is a great location, it was more of the upkeep of the hotel, there was mold and cracks but convenient for a quick sleep

Not bad. Room js great. Old elevators super slow therefore long waits during busy hours. Sketchy neighborhood. Many of the area hotels accept vouchers for the unhoused people. So some very odd folks

Rooms were disgusting. Blood on the linen and walls, black mold in the bathroom, no cover on the air conditioner and dead cockroaches. Refused to give a refund after bringing up the condition of the rooms.

I watched a man do some sort of needled drugs a few doors down from my room. The room smelled of dust and cigarette smoke, everything was minimum on cleanliness and conveniences that it was still cost more money than what it was worth. Staff was nice

When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me they was closed and my reservation never came in so I had to leave the property and go find me somewhere else to stay so I got to charge for a hotel I can check in and I was only 15 minutes away so it wasn't like I was crosstown on anything like that,
