"Great stay! The room was wonderful aside from a missing light shade and a few stains on the carpet but these didn’t impact our stay. The staff was delightful! The restaurant was delicious. No buffet breakfast at this location."

"The front desk lady is very unprofessional. No greetings, poket face all the time, never look into my eyes when talking, no telling us which and where the room is, no telling us where the elevator is, no mentioning of the check out time and breakfast time, no guidance on where to park my car. I have to ask her where to park my car and she just uses her finger to indicate the direction without saying anything. Below are all the things she said "Have a reservation?" "ID?" "one queen bed room for one night" "card for incidentals" "car?" that's all of it. When we check out, the gentleman at the front desk is totally different. He welcomed us and asked about our experience at the hotel..."
