Quiet, clean and a 5ish minute walk from the beach! Staff was very nice and welcoming; check in/out was quick and easy. Room was clean & bright, AC worked wonderfully and the full size fridge was so useful. I would stay here again!

It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! Confort, convenience and affordability

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and offered a kitchenette. The beach was a short walk away as were many eateries.

The property is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, which is a great convenience. However, the beds are very uncomfortable and quite hard to sleep on. They are in need of an upgrade. I have been staying here for many years, and the rooms appear to be the same without any significant improvements. I hope the property considers updating the beds and making some room upgrades to improve the overall guest experience.

This is a small family owned motel on a side street just a short walk from the beach. It has a pool in the middle of the parking lot, but once you are inside the fencing, you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a parking lot. In the evening people were outside on their balconies making it a very friendly atmosphere as families had dinner and ran back and forth to grandparents rooms. We had a kitchenette with a great size refrigerator that held a lot more than just your leftovers from last night. You could walk to a few restaurants. It was in a great central location that we were able to bike the Cape Cod rail trail and use our boats to go down the swan river from swan pond with a 20 minute travel time to our starting points. Inside the unit everything was clean. The decor was nice even though the furnishings were vintage. Bed was comfortable. I would go back again.
