Nice hotel, but we did not get our sleep

The hotel facilities are nice in general. The food is also nice. However, the thermostat in the room was not working and it was too hot. We dis not have a good sleep.

Winter stay.

It's a very old that has been bought by Ramada. There has been a very little renovation a the hotel. It's very old and spa area is a mess. Everything is almost broke. The Thermal water outside is cold. And if you're coming to use outside thermal its disappointing. The cleaning is not good. But the staff and workers are very nice, helpful and smiling. We did get Snickers and fusetea as welcoming gift. The breakfast was very good and big. Ramada needs to make big improvements.

Got there a little late as our flight got delayed . Our reservation was for four TWIN rooms with dinner. No dinner after 21.30. None and they decided to “upgrade” our rooms to double beds (not king like 1.30 mts) . Not ok. We had to fight to change them. Beds did not have bedsheets over, just a blanket . Terrible . Definitely not 5* as it says and a major pain

Otelin konumu gayet güzel . Hijyende biraz sıkıntı var , oda tam temizlenmemişti, sabunlar dıldurulmamıstı. Oda servısındrn gelen yemeklerin bos tabakları alınmamıstı odada bırakılmıştı . Termal otel oldugu için alltan sıcak geldiği için klimalar yetersizdi . Kahvaltı salonu cok basık ve camları yukarda , restaurantın acık bölümünün olmasını beklerdim

Personel iyi, Otel ortalama

Öncelikle personel çok iyi ve güler yüzlü. Fakat otel çok sıcak özellikle çatı katındaki odalar yanıyor. Muslukların soğuk tarafından bile sıcak su akıyor. Koridorda yürürken sıcaktan bayılabilirsiniz. Maalesef banyo temizliği de çok iyi değildi. Akşam yemeği fena değil. Kahvaltı biraz zayıftı.
