A bit dated but good service

The hotel was a bit dated, but the service was good and exceeded our expectations. To our surprise, supper was included in the stay, which was a lovely bonus. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a generous basket of fresh fruit — a thoughtful touch that made us feel special.

This property is very well established and has nice amenities for spa and thermal activities. Sibel hanim in housekeeping was very good and supplied us with great service and she went above and beyond! We are always happy to come back to this property!

Disappointing stay.

The check in was a nightmare. The young lady and her supwrvisor were very unfriendly and did not attempt to understand our questions. Did not speak English ( not even a translation app). The valet / bell hop spoke decent English and he translated to them. Modest rooms. Odor in the corridor. Pool staff were not friendly … very standoffish. The restaurant staff were very good and so was the dinner buffet. The hotel was in the middle of “no where” ….

Saat 12:00 gibi otele vardık,receptiondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular, odamızda küçük bir balkon olsa daha iyi olabilirdi,ıslak mayolarımızı kurutmak için biryer bulamadık. Bunun dışında oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Restorandaki ürünler büyük otel standartlarında. Otelde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkürler.

Muy buen hotel para una visita a Pamukkale, especialmente por la piscina Thermal. Aún así el hotel se ve un poco viejo en sus instalaciones, no tiene ascensor y hay que subir con las maletas por las escaleras. El buffet es bueno, tiene mucha variedad. La fiesta nocturna en el polo bar es divertida

This is a hotel with a nice hot spring. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was delicious. We were very satisfied. I had to pay for power plugs and rental bikes, so it would have been better if they were free.

Çok eski bakımsız bir otel. Bakım yapılsa salonda harika olabilecekken neredeyse ilk yapıldığı hali ile bırakılmış. Yemekler vasat, hijyen düşük.

Hotelin konumu Pamukkaleye yakın olması sebebiyle iyi idi. Açık havuzu çok iyiydi. Kapalı havuz küçük. Akşamları canlı müzik var. Yemekler çok çeşitli olmasa da iyi idi. Odamız genişti. Ama yastıklar iyi değildi. Odalarımız çok temizdi.
