「Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here」

「It was a little noisy at the front of the hotel due to passing traffic, but on the second night they kindly changed my room to the back of the hotel where it was quiet. Young lads run reception and they are helpful and respectful if you need to ask them anything. Breakfast let the hotel down but I let that go as the rooms are spotless, large and modern. The hotel is right on the shopping parade so great for shops with easy bus routes. I'd stay at the Alice again. 」
