"Rooms need to repaired toilet was loose tank ank sink was cracked no vent fan covers paint on ceiling in bathroom was coming down cracks in walks in bathroom.. bathroom needs new tub new toilet new sink. Refrig was froze up. but as for as cleanbeding and towels it was good "
