「From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception team and the head of housekeeping. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a festive and inviting atmosphere. 「Room is clean just a little disappointed with bed very noisy and creeks not sure if springs was gone or what. Breakfast was good. The only disappointment was being woken up at 8 o’clock on a Sunday morning with cleaners banging doors and cleaning away. I know it’s their job but just thought on a Sunday when folk are trying to sleep a little consideration could go a long way. 」
