"Very clean room, tended every day, toiletries and complimentary drinks also replenished.
Very friendly staff who were always on hand for questions or taking your order.
Night porter was especially good and was very efficient.

"From the moment we arrived to when we left could not fault anything. Room was spacious, clean, staff were all very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and any special requests was not a problem. Didn’t use restaurant as price range for us was just a little too dear but that’s to be expected for a 4 star I assume. Used the gym, jacuzzi and the pool, but not the other spa facilities so cannot comment. Gym had plenty, varied equipment and the pool was warm (ish) and clean. Staff here were also very pleasant and extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 nights at a fantastic rate and only wished we could afford to stay longer. Daughter and I had a great stay and a well deserved recharge of the batteries after her prelims."
