They were great to have around to help my family and i with planning our route to hit all the spots relevant to the allied invasion of 1944.」

「The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.」

「We liked the Holiday Inn Express Caen/Epron. It was new, very clean and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The only drawback is there isn’t anything within walking distance. It’s kind of in a business area so you can’t walk to a cafe or even a grocery store. We had a car and were comfortable driving everywhere so it wasn’t a problem but it could be if you’re expecting it to be in an area that is walkable. 」

「Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.」

「Fantastic hotel for ww2 enthusiasts. Mulberry harbour starts at the beach behind hotel. Way less tourists. Arromanches is a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend 」
