"THe only problem was important. I reserved a room with 2 queens ans a couch. As checkin "kelly" confirmed we had 2 queens and a couch. But the room did not have a couch. When i went back to lobby "kelly " said sorry we are sold out so i cant exchange. I made the reservation over 2 months ago. "

"Great place to stay in the heart of everything in Helen within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and updated. Overall was a great stay for two nights with family while visiting over the Christmas season. We would definitely stay again. My only complaints are water pressure in shower is too low and it’s hard to get the water temperature just right it’s either scorching hot enough to almost burn you or it’s freezing cold. Bed is too firm. The family staying in the room next-door let the kids run around the hotel at 10:45 PM at night slamming doors consistently but no one seemed to say anything. Coffee in lobby was luke warm had to walk to a nearby coffee shop to get coffee. Continental breakfast was as expected. "

"Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 queen bedroom suite and with us being a family of 5 this room definitely met our needs. Breakfast is included and its not continental! They also have an indoor pool, small gym, and choice of using the stairs or an elevator. Hotel isn't the newest but was very quiet, clean, and staff is super friendly. We especially enjoyed all the christmas decorations the front desk clerk put up! She was so nice and accommodating. Let's not forget the sweetest woman who cooks the breakfast, checks on you while eating, and insists on cleaning up for you. All in all, the best hotel staff I've met. The hotel is a short walk from downtown but it has a few hidden gems right in the area."
