「Don't believe l will ever stay again」

「Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!」

「For what this was for us, a one-night stopover off the interstate, it was fine. The beds were clean and there was no egregious dirtiness in the room in general. Some of the fixtures have aged and gotten rusty or cracked which looks gross, but is fine. The advertised continental breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Muffins, granola bars, coffee, and juice were on offer, so just keep expectations low in that department.」

「The property was pretty well maintained and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a pretty good place to stay.」

「The room has an odd smell, the TV remote was very touchy and wouldn't work unless you go up to the TV (even after maintenence visited). We also stayed on the 3rd floor ans the elevator was not working properly so we had to call the front desk every time we wanted to take the elevator down.」

「Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc」

「The walls were dirty, something was wrong with the window, cabinet wouldn’t stay closed and room never really called down. Breakfast was nice, the normal options but it was done well.」

「Ugh. The hotel property is a disaster. The swimming pool looks pristine on the webpage, and there are zero comments about the pool being closed. In fact - on the main website they advertise the “ pool is now open.” What a disgusting bowl of swamp water for a pool. 3rd floor ice machine doesn’t work - nor does the drier.
