「Desk staff person was not easily approachable; the security guard in the front desk area was distracting. The next morning the same desk staff person seemed to be in a better mood talking on the phone while I checked out. When we got to our room down a Long hallway the room door was open and the room had basic old furniture. We sleep in our clothes for a quick exit if needed because of the other guests we saw outside in the parking area around the front door and down the Long hallway.」

「Coffee hit the spot.very good Starbucks coffee. Carpenter bees swarming in the back terrace not allowing us to sit outside and enjoy the balcony. Bed not very comfortable.」

「This La Quinta needs a face-lift. I stayed there eight years ago, and it was nice. I won't stay there again. It was dirty and dingey. The gold chair was so dirty that I wouldn't sit in it. It was also coming apart.」
