「Our service at the front desk while checking in was a very good experience. The gentleman working was fast and efficient while also being courteous and friendly. We received a little "welcome bag" which included 2 bottles of water, a personal bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos and a package of peanut butter sandwich crackers. 「We spent 3 nights there and the pool and hot tub was amazing. There was a patio outside the pool area where we spent the evenings. There was even a grill if you wanted to use it. We met new people who joined in on the patio. What a beautiful 3 days we spent there. We will definitely go back again. The staff was super friendly, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.」

「Pros: The propertiy it's self was very beautiful, having a view of the bridge and water from our room made it almost magical. The help served with smiles and polietness. Our room was grand, in keeping with the period of time it represented. We ate in your resturant mulitple times and the food was always flavorful. 「We stayed at hotel Crosby the night of our wedding. They are very accommodating with us dropping a vehicle off early before the wedding started so we had one in the morning. They’re very nice. Hotel was great. I didn’t book early enough so we did have a room with two queens, which was okay. Room was very clean.」
