Due to COVID the temperature of the AC has been kept so high that it takes a lot of time to cool the room and then too it doesn’t cool enough to feel good. Rest was great. The room was cleaned and sanitised.

Pleasant stay

Stay was pleasant. Shivnath in breakfast and Narayan as a driver are top notch employees. Both went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Hotel's customer service is wonerful! The hotel is next to a mall which makes it easy to shop or see a movie.

Great for Ghaziabad and East Delhi

I have stayed here many times while visiting family members who live close by. The staff is very courteous and friendly, the breakfast buffet is great, the room I had was small but very clean. The hotel is next door to East Delhi Shopping Mall and close to Pacific Mall and a couple of other malls. There is a little outside seating area and a small pool at the back. The hotel is not crowded most of the time, which I like. If you need a taxi to the airport, you need an Indian mobile phone to dial a radio-taxi. Transportation arranged by the hotel costs a lot more!

Pleasantly surprised

The staff was incredibly helpful. The food was some of the best that I have tasted during my whole trip in India. Delicious. The room was really comfortable and enormous. The staff was all very good at speaking English, courteous and helpful. There is a smallish shopping centre next to the hotel that was really nice for last minute shopping. I really enjoyed my stay. I especially would like to commend the superstar kitchen staff.

Su concepto de "transport facility" es que te llaman un taxi, y además de lo qeu cuesta el taxi, 20€, ellos se cobran 10€, en total 30€ para ir al aeropuerto! Lo más caro que he visto en la India

Lemon Tree Hotel EDM

No surprises... it does exactly as it advertises... a reasonable quality room at a reasonable price. Staff are helpful and the hotel well maintained. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Excellent fare on offer, again at good prices. Next time I would pack light to go again. An array of clothes available next door in the shopping mall at little cost. An ideal location to see a cross-section of Delhi.

Familiar Hotel

It is the 4th floor in a mall. I only recomend this hotel for familiar proposal, because you can watch any movie or have lunch/dinner or shopping in this commercial area. The hotel is beautiful 4th floor, but nothing else. Breakfast very good and staff very kindly. Internet is not included, so you must to pay a lot for that. It´s expensive the shuttle to the airport, I recomend call a taxi. Este hotel si lo recomendase sería para propósitos familiares, se puede ir al cine, ir de compras o comer en uno de los muchos restaurantes del centro comercial. Hay una parada de metro cercana, al final de la línea 2. Parada de Anad Vihar. Resulta muy caro el hotel para lo que es. No hay nada en los alrededores, excepto el centro comercial y la parada de metro. No está incluido internet en la habitación y realmente son precios desorbitados que debieran negociar con los proveedores. Sin embargo, el personal es muy amable y atento. La planta que ocupa el hotel es muy bonita, pero yo no lo recomiendo sino para ir a dormir.
