不喜歡：整潔度和員工素質
Room had Broken tile, broken wash basin, broken shower handle hanging out of wall.
Sheets were dirty and had holes and were too small for the bed. bought a blanket to put on top so I could sleep.
Staff was friendly but unresponsive. After two requests for a towel and no action I found one in open staff closet. Not told that I had to activate geezer switch to get hot water. And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried.
Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated reviews. I have stayed in Delhi more than 20 times at 4 star to 2 star hotels. This was the second worse I have seen.
There was also a disgusting brown smear on wall by the bed.
