The hotel is located at a convenient location close to tons of shopping, train station, metro station and Connaught Place. The hotel staffs are friendly and deliver excellent service. The food is excellent.

Very friendly staff. The room and condition isn't great but is to be expected at this price. Overall not bad and was as expected. Be careful of scammers targeting foreigners in this hotel, the staff will not warn you or stop them.

The best part about this property was the staff, everyone was very friendly and helpful. On the whole , I’d give this location a 3.5, for the shower didn’t really spray and the bedsheets felt very rough and a bit scratchy. However, the complementary breakfast was a nice touch and the tour desk set up a pretty solid day tour of Delhi.

Interesting local neighborhood

Kind of weird that you have to call up 10 minutes prior to shower to heat up the water tank. So long wait for hot water. Then they have a breaker and in the middle of the night they turned it off so we had no AC. Good beds soft. Elevator. We really enjoyed the area for walking around at night. Very local and interesting. We went to a jeweller that made his own gem necklace with strong treads that are amazing. Called _soul_gems on instagram. I recommend everyone go here for light unique affordable gifts. On the main street nearby. I would stay in this neighborhood again although few forienger .

Hotel is ok for the price. I stayed in mid January and the room was cold with no heating. I was told I couldn't get heating for the room. As a westerner, the area around the hotel felt unsafe.

When we arrived there were a few problems with our room, these were fixed straight away. Our room was quite cold but we were given a heater to use, which made it nice and warm. The water was sometimes cool but if you asked any of the helpful staff at reception they were able to reset it and there was hot water 10 mins later. Breakfast was in a cafe a few doors down the street, although one of the days there was a big group, not from the hotel, which ended in a long wait. We were happy with our stay.

Never stay if you value your health

Room was nothing like photos. Shuttle from airport was in a horrible unsafe van. Dirty bed sheets. Torn pillow cases. Stained towels and bedsheets. Pillow cases stained. Toilet seat cover falling off. Shower barely working. Left immediately for another hotel.

Only book if no other option.

Even after booking two rooms for senior citizen couples, the hotel was completely clueless. There was a complete denial of booking and that created a unsatisfactory experience. The issue was resolved after little bit back and forth and multiple calls. This was not expected at all

It’s downtown Delhi and it’s a very busy and chaotic area. I didn’t feel safe to leave the hotel by myself. Staff arranged an escort for me to take me to a nail salon who overcharged me abt $8600ruppes . It’s ok as it’s abt price I’d pay in the USA, but doesn’t feel good to be taken advantage of.
