The staff was super friendly; the room had AC. the sheets and beds had dust all over them, the door locks were broken, when we plugged in an extension cord it blew a fuse and the electricity in the whole room went out. The water left a weird sticky feeling on the skin. The hotel was very hard to find tucked away in a side alley that was extremely crowded and hard to get our taxi through the streets to the door. It was cheap, but even other cheaper hotels have been cleaner and with working bolts on the doors.
