SOPHIE

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Ce n’est pas du tout un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il est situé dans un quartier douteux et les chauffeurs ne voulaient pas nous reconduire à la porte. Il fallait donc marcher. Le déjeuner n’était pas bon et le personnel n’était pas très aidant. Il n’y avait pas de chauffage. Tout était très humide. Les serviettes étaient plutôt grises. Pour terminer, nous avons fui l’endroit car des rats ont mangé notre nourriture dans notre chambre. La réception a bien confirmé qu’il s’agissait de rats. N’aller surtout pas à cet hôtel.
