Came in late . Found the reception was not clean. Checked in and went to the room. Furniture and room was not clean. Stain on the bed sheet and when asked to be changed was told it was just made and it was only a stain.
Bath was equally bad not fit to stay.
So we decided to leave immediately and booked in another hotel. Paid one night rent and cancelled the other 2 nights. Horrible experience.
I had made my booking well in advavce. Also called up the hotel for confirmation. Still, they hadnot kept any room for me. I had to manage with other hotel at late night.
Really a bad experience i just felt so bad for booking with you, i didn't met my expectations ,Hotel really needs to improve alot ... its not even a single star hotel

The hotel states it has hot water 24hrs this not true, general house keeping not maintained as we had to ask for bath towels. Bath drainage blocked and water overflowing into the room, it was attended for fix but still not fixed. Room not been swept on daily basis and also toiletries not replenished.

I was just doing a one layover in Delhi after a week in Pondicherry before I pushed on to Agra. The good is that the hotels a five minute walk to the train station and the staff is incredibly friendly. The bad, and there is so much bad that I will just say these few things. You are in the seediest tourist part of Delhi. The hotel is just not clean. There was mold in the fridge in the room and I do to mean just a lit mold. No toiletries but I'm already used to that after a week in Incredibke India. Always carry your own. The breakfast delivered to the room was okay though. For $20 bucks a night it was alright but there are better deals to be had and other hotels similarly priced are at least clean. Cheers.

Room was not ready when we checked in, room was very dirty and shabby.

We stayed at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience . Room was spacious and beautiful. The staff overall were very friendly . A mini fridge was included which was good.The front desk staff can tell you how to purchase good thing in market.Breakfast was good ,plenty of options.

They allowed us to check in early. The room had a fridge.Staff like your friend.Great location for tourists to the city.

This hotel was centrally located in Delhi.The staff was very helpful.Bed was clean and big.Room air condition worked very well. Very short walking distance from main Market.

The staff was very helpful.Room was very well appointed. I was incredibly impressed with the hotel.Definitely a place to return.

Es un hotel muy acogedor. Los empleados son muy serviciales. El único inconveniente es que reservé on line y pagué la estancia por adelantado. Al llegar me dijeron que no tenían ningún ingreso y tuve que volver a pagar la habitación por completo. Se iban a poner en contacto con hoteles.com para que devolvieran el dinero. Espero que sea así.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I was replaced to another hotel
When I turned up I was informed that the hotel was full and I was led away to their sister hotel "Dada Cottage". They claimed it was to be the same standard etc. but I can't really say of course. My grades are based on Dada Cottage rather than the hotel I actually made a reservation for.
We were happy with the hotel.Service of staff and food quality was teriffic.All entire hotel was clean and decorated.Woderful area .Room was superb clean and comfortable.Travel person guided to me like a friend.
