I arrived in the afternoon and the check-in was very smooth. The staff offered me water while I waited, which was a nice gesture after traveling for several hours. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I slept really well.

Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, my worst in all my years as Expedia customer customer. The staff was responsive and helpful but I had to deal with a lot of issues with the room.. The air conditioning kept turning off, water was not coming in tap or shower sometimes. Had to call reception multiple times to fix issues in the room. The last day of our stay my wife got food poisoning eating food from their room service, which was the last straw & most serious for us.

I arrived early around 9 AM after a long train journey, and the front desk staff helped me with early check-in without any hassle. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. I especially loved the morning tea they served — it reminded me of home. Definitely coming back!
