The room and hotel was well kept. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. The only downside was the food in the restaurant. My stay was really good at Crowne Plaza. Staff service, cleanliness and amenities are all good. They provided early check in at no extra cost. Staff is very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast options are limited and lacks taste.

Excellent!

Overall had an excellent stay. The location is amazing. Close to a lot of landmarks. Service is outstanding with very helpful and attentive personal. We enjoyed the pool area and the spa. Just a suggestion to keep the pool area open longer than 10pm. It is a great place to unwind at the end of the day so would be great if it could be open till late.
