"This property did not allow me to stay since I does not have Indian Passport. They not even know what is OCI card. I just checked next door hotel and they gladly accepted me as their guest. Expedia does no verification of the Hotel quality or staff behavior. A horrible experience with the hotel and Expedia. For no reason this review getting rejected. "

"They didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments."

When I arrived at the hotel they told me I had to wait before I could enter the room, that because they were filling holes in the wall, and trying to put the sockets back in the wall. "We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The spa service was absolutely wonderful — relaxing and professional. We also used the hotel’s car service to explore the city, which was very convenient and comfortable. The food and restaurants were excellent, offering a great variety and top quality. We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service!"
