I stayed at this property with my family and had booked the lounge rooms. The hotel was lovely, tho it took some time to get our rooms sorted out but we got there in the end. We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the brunch on Christmas day it was definitely worth it. i also used the salon during our stay and have to say i loved my hair it was done to perfection and exactly what i was after. I would defo stay here again, cannot fault the hotel. Location was great.

The hotel was really excellent. The staff were all polite and helpful, the suite was spacious and comfortable, the spa facility and pool was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet had a variety of cuisines (all delicious). The hotel is in the middle of a bustling area, but it felt like safe and secure oasis.

Good hotel however if you're looking for a quiet place to stay this may not be for you. Loud music until late due to functions / banqueting. Very noisy in lobby area. We were also on a non-smoking floor but there were guests smoking in the rooms near ours, I complained twice and was only offered air freshener! No action taken to address the issue! Good breakfast spread and attentive staff in the hotel lobby to help with bags

The staff Sanjeet and Ajay kumar for decorating our room and also checking up on us afterwards to make sure the room was all good. Also the young lady from reception (i cant quite remember her name - but she appeared very senior in her position) but she was so lovely and attentive. She brought us up to our room and showed us the surprise. As a team, the three of them really know how to make their guest feel valued and supported. They were the reason my husband and i had a pleasant stay. Great asset to the company! 😊 Room was spacious and lovely. We stay in 2 different rooms at the hotel due to our itinerary. Both rooms were spotless and bed were comfy. We also used the gym and it was really nice and well equipped.

Like a lot of similar massive hotels, a mixed experience. The room is well appointed and clean, the bedding good and bed comfortable. The service is good, but the way it is managed is not, Our bags took an hour and a quarter to reach our room when checking in, and when checking out bags held us up again; staff were sent to our room very promptly to check we had not consumed anything from the mini bar, but baggage collection took a long time. It would have been better if we'd just handled our own luggage, but this being a 5 star hotel (not to mention how enthusiastically the staff discourage you from carrying anything), this service is poor. The food was bland and in some instances outright bad, and very expensive.

Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Kapil Sharma upgraded us to a better room on horizon club floor. Front office employee Salvina was very cooperative. Mohan and Jeetpal from Housekeeping were excellent. As a Expedia Gold tier customer I am entitled to a free upgrade whenever available, also I am entitled to 20% discount on a single restaurant bill and airport transfer. However I was given 20% discount on all food items (restaurant and room service - total 6 bills) and airport transfer. I thank management for this.
