「the location is very good and all the reception staffs are very helpful. Highly recommend hotel for business trip.」

「Decent and central stay 」

「Good property , near embassies, very basic, have to climb 4 flights of stairs no lift, very helpful staff 」

「無法想像廁所居然牆壁上有一堆小蟲，真的很噁心。然後服務人員幫你開門把行李送進來，也會一直賴著不走提示你要給他小費！」

「No clean rooms. Had mosquitoes. No way to call cab. Address given is wrong. This property is in sector 9 vs the given address was in sector 8. No airport shuttle. No hot water.」

「Cleanliness was poor, maintenance was poor, bedsheets were dirty, for breakfast there were only sandwiches and boiled eggs. Actual charges were £25 but your website charged £40. That only proves non reliability of site.」

「Our experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive. 」

「Nothing there except bed table and chair, no towels no water bottles and glass horrible experience」

「Breakfast is not included despite of the information of including. Shower room is dirty. Air conditioner does not work. There is no toilet paper. The circumstance is very noisy.」
