Great hotel. Awesome service by their staff. Extremely helpful and courteous. However their in-room dining service can be improved. There was always shortage of cutlery. They provided one set of cutlery for 2 dosas assuming it was for one person. But this is excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

From start to end, it was epitome of hospitality. My parents were supposed to stay for a night to catch their next flight. Even before I would call, the hotel management reached out for any special requests or arranging shuttle services and with just one swift email, everything was taken care of.
