Everything is presented and performed very well. Staff are above and beyond. Cleanliness was excellent. I would say what caught me by surprise was the options for shampoo and conditioner option was essentially just generic soap that was the same type of liquid soap next to the sink. I thought there would be a shampoo product and a separate conditioner product. Another thing was the air conditioning, not as cold as I wanted it to be. Again, not deal breakers but just what I noticed from my stay there. But overall 9/10 stay! Would consider again (:
