「We were originally put in a disabled and hearing impaired room, but upon request were moved to a better room. The hotel is not updated at all, carpet was dull and dirty, as well as elevators. 」

Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. 」

「Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.」
