「A friendly, family run inn. Very typical of old Maine style with cute wallpaper, wood floors, and old Maine charm. If you are looking for modern luxury this isn’t for you. However, if you want a lovely inn with a ton of charm and a great price on the island, then you won’t find better than the Harbourside. The bedroom was big with a very comfortable bed and lovely bed linens. It’s an easy walk to Northeast Harbor with excellent shopping and restaurants.」

「This is an outstanding historical property, gorgeous inside and out. Our hosts are friendly, accomodating, and highly talented in the kitchen. The room was spotless, private, and very comfortable.
