"Worst stay ever. Room was filthy, towels were dirty and stained. Shower had hair all over the toilet and tub. Room smelled very foul. Staff was extremely rude. This hotel does not provide breakfast even though it says it does online. There is even a sign in the lobby that says breakfast from 7am-10am. When asking and literally pointing to the sign I was answered with an attitude stating “why would we provide breakfast?” You shouldn’t advertise breakfast if it’s not included. Worst of all there was constant fighting and yelling and police are there 24/7 banging on everyone’s doors. If I can rate it a 0 I would. I would never return "

"The room was clean. In need of repairs in the room amd bathroom. Maid service needs improvement. We stayed 5 days and we received clean towels 3 out of 5 days and garbage was taken out the same amount of days. Bedding was not changed. Beds were not made except for the day we arrived. One of the top sheets had stains and the curtains had brown substance on them. Shower stopper was permanantly up could not run water in tub, rust stains inside tub. Light fixture above mirror falling off. Lots of wear and tear on walls. Also you have to sign a sheet stating any stains on towels or washcloth, it is $50.00 per item that you have to pay. I would not stay again for the price that you pay."

"I wasn't very impressed with none of the staff at first only one and that was Rita she is just beautiful but after the next few times that I stayed there I'm at the gentleman named asish and at first he was a little not so nice but eventually he was very sweet and he was very kind and he was very helpful to me I am very happy I got to know him he is very sweet person"

"TV remote, ice bucket both had 2 b replaced. Loose tile on the floor that still wasn't fixed B4 we left. Toilet was losing water, it was fixed Never had so many complaints at a hotel in my life. Wife & I decided 2 leave the hotel early & found another hotel 2 stay at 2 finish our trip."
