「Room was freezing cold, no heating on, kettle didn't work. They did offer to change our room but other room was also unheated. As check in is 2pm.We checked in at 4.40pm 14th Feb, room was icy cold. Hot water was temperamental. Room should have bern warm & water hot, Hubby had cold shower i gave that a miss.should be heated by then」

「I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

「We booked 3 nights at the Pegwell and I would say it’s the best hotel in Ramsgate. From getting a nice early check in, to the delicious breakfast every thing was spot on. The walk into Ramsgate is around 40 minutes and is lovely, we found the location perfect, and very quiet. Highly recommend the hotel and Ramsgate for a weekend break.」

「Caution. We booked this location due to proximity to the ferries but on a busy weekend the authorities will not allow a left turn at the bottom of Maison Dieu road. You will be sent out of town and 3 roundabouts later able to come back. A 10 minute drive becomes 2.5 hours. The room was okay. Tired. The person that opened the front door did not introduce themselves and or say welcome. The first thing they said was “you should have received an email with check-in information.” It turns out I did...

「very basic but great location」

「Loved having access to a kitchen and a washing machine, much needed after 3 wks camping. Beds were supper comfy cozy, and contrary to other reviews we did not find the street noise bothersome, and we had the windows open. Traffic noise calmed by midnight. Place was very well looked after by hardworking staff, we saw staff regularly in the 4 days we stayed. Shout out to them, because it's deplorable the mess other guests left in the kitchen. Very inconsiderate not leaving it clean for the next...
