「The room was very clean and matched the online description. There are NO directions once you arrive at the facility to help you find your room. The microwave did the new stupid lock feature to protect children and ate our glass dish we had brought with us on the night of arrival. We notified maintenance/host, but when we checked out 2 days later, the microwave still had our dish and zero response from maintenance.
