"The facilities could have been explained to me when I arrived. I found some of the options only later on my trip. On an individual level the staff were polite and helpful. Please improve your taxi partner provision with a decent minimum standard. Although I knew it would be more expensive to book an airport shuttle through reception, I was t expecting a car with no air con, no car seats in the back and a dashboard with multiple warning lights. The driver was fine and I got to my flight, but not the best impression of the hotel in an otherwise enjoyable stay. "

The rooms were really nice with a balcony overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choice and great quality. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
