"The hotel is in the center of Luodong, close to the night market and restaurants. Free parking. Very hospitable and helpful staff. But the hotel is very old and dated. Carpet in the room is dirty. AC is not adjustable. There is almost no sound proofing of the room. Breakfast options are a bit limited."

"Our room was on the second floor. Kids enjoyed it, SPA bathtub was also fun (3 kids to play inside). We add one more breakfast for the youngest kid, but the breakfast was way too much that we had to wrap it to go. Lot of food, but had an advantage of a local person to communicate at the front desk.
No elevator to the second floor, but we knew about it from the reviews, so no surprise there.
They have a small animal farm (need entrance ticket), which again kids enjoyed a lot.
