"We were initially assigned room 211 The room is totally unsatisfactory couch had no cover on the pillows and was filthy the tv in the living room is missing the bathroom is not clean toilet and tub unsanitary. The front desk person Adrienne has been amazing in trying to rectify the problems if we stay it will be because of her she has been helping since arriving but this room is not acceptable. We were moved to room 311 again filthy couch stained bathroom unsanitary and the floor was caving in. Again Adrienne was exceptionally helpful and trying to assist. After the second room was not up to par we had to relocate at the last minute after our 3 hour drive. Requesting assistance with this matter. "

"Property looks great and well kept as well as new. In a good spot as far as shopping and dining. If you want spirits you have to go elsewhere, but they do have beer. House cleaning is only every 3 day which is a bummer though."

"The AC unit made noise all night. The bathroom door would not close. The coffee maker was nasty. Bathroom tissue dispenser falling off the wall. Floor sticky."

"We had to get a 2nd room because the 1st room smelled like an ashtray. The rooms were "surface clean" meaning no one has done anything other than run a quick broom and mop over the room. There was hair and dirt in the bathroom corners and it just had an overall dirty feel. Like the remote and telephone hadn't been whipped down in who knows how long. My daughter showered in flip flops and wouldn't walk barefoot on the floors."
