Struttura piccola e accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione abbondante. Attrezzata il giusto. Sauna, sala giochi. Soggiorno davvero bello, si mangia bene. Vicino la cittadina di Davos centro. Si raggiunge in soli 15 minuti. Piccola pecca, per poterla raggiungere su in montagna non'è stato facile. Tanta neve, strada ghiacciata e lasciata per giorni in condizioni poco praticabili. Vi consiglio delle buone gomme da neve e catene.

Toll: im urchigen, ruhigen Dörfchen nahe Davos.

Das Haus liegt schön im verträumten Dorf Monstein, mit toller Aussicht in die Berge und talauswärts Richtung Westen. Ein ursprüngliches Haus, innen aber superschön, ganz neu, aber mit Stil und sehr passend zum Ort aus- und umgebaut, mit viel Arvenholz und Charme (aber keineswegs kitschig!). Tolle Dusche, hübsches Badezimmer, grosser Balkon mit Aussicht in die Berge - hier fühlt man sich wohl. Leckeres Frühstück im schönen Speiseraum mit vielen Fenstern.

Horrible service

I was supposed to go for business but had to cancel but it turned out that I only cancelled one of the 2 rooms. I called to ask if they have received the cancellation and a staff member confirmed it. After 2 days, i was fully charged for the whole stay. Expedia offered to cancel the reservation on their part but the hotel refused. On the other hand, my friend had the same situation with another hotel but their service was completely different. They didn't charge her for anything but wished to see her soon in Davos!! I don't advise anybody to go to a hotel with such bad management!!

Sehr freundlich und unkompliziert

Da wir mit unseren drei Kindern unterwegs waren, muss es für uns freundlich und unproblematisch sein.Und genau das haben wir im Hotel Ducan gefunden.Auch mit unseren Kindern sind alle sehr herzlich und freundlich umgegangen.Das einzige, was uns nicht soo gefallen hat, war der Preis.Wir hatten ein gemeinschaftszimmer im Untergeschoss, an dem es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen gibt, im gegenteil, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, aber der Preis ist zu hoch, dafür was man bekommt. Sonst, aber top!!

Traditional Swiss Village Hotel with Mod Facilitie

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there as to the ease of check in and nothing was a problem for our hosts during our stay. Rooms were very comfortable, food was well catered for and delicious including breakfast and dinner. The place is a bit out of town (Davos - 15 Minutes by car), there is a bus but for convenience we recommend you own car. Get ready for narrow mountain roads though which was especially a challenge for us Australians not used to driving in the snow, but it was an adventure.
