「We ran into a few problems at the beginning but was handled quickly and efficiently」

「When we arrived the cabin was not what was pictured on line. The key box was open with no key. We drove around and found what was pictured but no key. We called the phone number and the operator said maintenance would be there in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later no maintenance. We had driven more than 5 hours with two small children called back the operator said the last person using the cabin took the key, the only place available would sleep 4 2 double beds. We had reserved a 2 bedroom...

「From the time we arrived the staff were pleasant, glad to help in any way, always greeting us with a smile. It was so nice to stay somewhere that you felt appreciated and important. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The continental breakfast was a variety of foods available in a clean roomy dining room. I will definitely be staying here again.」

「Toilet was already chocked before we checked in and there was no plumber to fix the problem, staff did not provide different room. Worst experience in last 20 years of staying in hotels. Even roadside motels are better maintained. I would not recommend to anyone」

「Amazing stay with a wonderful staff! Traveling with a baby is always difficult for families but Riley at the front desk was especially very helpful and gave us everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was also good and plentiful. Will definitely book this hotel again!!」
